  1. Opening of the meeting and election of meeting chair
  2. Creation of list of participants
  3. Approval of Call for General Assembly and agenda
  4. Election of one member to sign protocol
  5. Presentation and adoption of annual report and financial statement for 2011
  6. Elections to the SPE Bergen Board of Directors for 2012/2013.
Registration
Registration for participants at the GA is not required.
 
All members in good standing are encouraged to participate at the General Assembly.
